The Flying Sage is thrilled to be co-creating a safe, conscious, and connected experience at Friends Club 2025 in collaboration with our friends at Higher Education Crew. As part of our contribution to the festival, we are assembling a dedicated Harm Reduction Volunteer Team to support community wellbeing throughout the weekend.

We’re looking for compassionate, grounded, and experienced individuals to help us create a supportive environment for all festival-goers.

🌀 About the Harm Reduction Role

As a Harm Reduction Volunteer, you will be:

• Holding compassionate space for individuals navigating difficult emotional or psychedelic experiences
• Supporting participants with grounding practices, hydration, and integration tools
• Responding to situations with care, presence, and discretion
• Working in pairs or small teams to maintain a calm, welcoming presence in the designated Harm Reduction area
• Working in partnership with a designated First Aid Team that will also be present separately

✅ Who We're Looking For

We are prioritizing applicants who have:

• Experience in harm reduction, peer support, or psychedelic integration
• First Aid or CPR training (preferred but not mandatory)
• Attended psychedelic or transformational festivals or similar events
